Quality Assessment Review
QAR Compliance: Validate your audit processes and execution The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Standard 1312 states that all internal audit functions undergo an external quality assessment at least every five years. Quality Assurance reviews evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit based on IIA standards. Internal Audit functions that successfully complete an external quality assessment are allowed to state on internal audit reports that their "activities are conducted in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing." Such review also documents the function's commitment to quality and professionalism and builds confidence with the Board of Directors, external auditors, management and the investment community. Amper provides experienced auditors that can effectively evaluate your departmental processes and validate execution compliance.Contact: John Pennett |
