Corporate Executive Services
Amper's Corporate Executive Services Group (CES) is a distinct specialty practice within the Tax Services Group serving the specific personal tax and financial counseling needs of corporate executives.
 The CES Group provides services in
the area of Executive Financial Counseling, and Employee Group Seminars. This
includes company sponsored comprehensive tax and financial planning, as well
as, proactive implementation of an executive's financial and estate plans. Our
combination of in house advisory practices allows for the convenience of dealing
with one team of professionals for all of an executive's personal financial
needs.
Comprehensive Financial Counseling is designed for executives with complex financial
circumstances desiring on-going personal advice. An Amper counselor will work
closely with the executive to assist in all aspects of financial planning.
This results in a comprehensive financial plan that is closely monitored and
responsive to the executive's changing needs. Comprehensive financial counseling
services may include:
- Income tax planning and preparation
- Education funding
- Stock option planning
- Executive compensation and benefits planning
- Investment plan review
- Retirement planning
- Estate and gift planning
- Personal risk management (disability, life, and long-term care insurance)
- Property risk management (homeowner's, auto, liability, and asset protection
insurance)
Modular Planning is designed for individuals who either do not need or desire
comprehensive planning. Although individuals should generally begin with comprehensive
planning, the modular approach allows for a focused effort in one or more areas
of their personal finances (e.g. retirement planning). It also allows for utilization
of services that may otherwise be limited by a company's or individual's budget
and corporate benefits program.
Educational Seminars are a group approach to financial counseling designed for
both the needs of a company's executives, as well as, its broader employee
base. These programs can include:
- 401(k) planning
- Overall retirement and "early-out" programs
- Specific employee benefit plans and introduction of new plans
- Stock option planning
