New Tax Officers
Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have joined the firm as Officers.
Jeffrey F. Allen CPA, MS - A Tax Officer, Mr. Allen is a senior member of Amper's Public Companies and International Tax Services groups and has more than 25 years of professional experience, including public accounting and private industry. Prior to joining Amper, Mr. Allen spent 20 years as a partner at KPMG where his responsibilities included overseeing various tax practices within the firm. In addition, Mr. Allen was a member of KPMG'S Tax Professional Review Committee.
In private industry, Mr. Allen served as Senior VP Tax / Chief Tax Officer with Peoples Choice Financial Corporation, and with The Impac Companies, a New York Stock Exchange-traded US-owned mortgage finance company.
Mr. Allen earned an MS from Syracuse University, The Whitman School of Management and a BA from Colgate University. He is a certified public accountant in New York and Ohio and is a frequent professional speaker.
Jay Graham CPA, MST - A Tax Officer, Mr. Graham has more than 15 years of tax and consulting experience including 10 years with international accounting and consulting firms. Most recently, Mr. Graham was a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's New York/Philadelphia tax practice. Mr. Graham has assisted a wide range of public and private company clients with Federal taxation (compliance and consulting) and state, local and international tax regulations.
Mr. Graham received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Drexel University and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Villanova University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed in New York and Pennsylvania.
