Michael Hadjiloucas CPA, MST has been promoted from Senior Manager to Partner in the firm's Tax Services Group. He has 14 years of experience in both domestic and international corporate tax issues and also has extensive experience with the review of corporate, partnership, individual and tax-exempt entity tax returns and representation at Federal and state audits.

Mr. Hadjiloucas earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Baruch College and his Master of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Joan Monaghan CPA has been promoted from Senior Manager to a Director in the Audit and Accounting Department. She has over 20 years of public accounting and consulting experience and specializes in the areas of accounting, auditing and consulting for middle market companies in various industries, including manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, distributors and service providers.

Ms. Monaghan received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rider University and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
