Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been promoted from Manager to Senior Manager.

Christine G. Pronek CPA/MST is a Senior Manager in the Trust and Estate Group at Amper, Politziner & Mattia, specializing in estate planning and estate and trust taxation. Ms. Pronek has 13 years of accounting experience including three years with the Internal Revenue Service.

An accounting graduate of Quinnipiac University, Ms. Pronek holds a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), Mercer County Estate Planning Council and a board member of the Mercer Chapter of Cancer Care. She is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Estate Tax Interest Group for the NJSCPA. She is a resident of Hamilton.

Jordan D. Amin CPA is a Senior Manager in the Tax Department of Amper Politziner & Mattia and has more than nine years experience in both public and private accounting. Mr. Amin's expertise includes the review of corporate, individual and partnership tax returns. Additionally, he advises the owners of closely held companies in the management and growth of all phases of their business, from tax planning to the successful transition of management to subsequent generations in family owned businesses.

Mr. Amin is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and an active member of the NJSCPA Young CPA Committee. He is active in the AICPA's Financial Literacy Commission, an initiative to improve personal financial education in the United States. Mr. Amin is a resident of Freehold.

Jerry Ravi CPA/CISA is a Senior Manager in the Technology Risk Services Group of Amper, Politziner & Mattia. Mr. Ravi has more than eight years of accounting, information technology, and audit experience with a core competency in the area of internal audit and compliance, serving both public and privately held companies, as well as large, multi-location entities with diverse information systems environments. Mr. Ravi serves as an advisor in the role of internal and external auditor, information technology consultant and enterprise risk manager and manages Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal audit engagements.

Mr. Ravi earned his B.S. in Accounting at Salisbury State University with a focus on accounting and information systems and maintains certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is an active member of the New York and New Jersey State Society of CPAs, Information Systems Audit & Control Association, Institute of Internal Auditors and the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals Association. Mr. Ravi is a resident of Bridgewater.
