Karen H. Kaufman CPA and Michael S. Maglio Named Senior Managers
Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Financial Consultants, is pleased to announce that that the following individuals have joined the firm as Senior Managers.
Karen H. Kaufman CPA is a Senior Manager in the firm's Accounting and Auditing Department. She provides accounting, auditing and business consulting services to businesses in a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Kaufman has more than 20 years of accounting experience in both public accounting and private industry in the areas of financial reporting, technical GAAP accounting and litigation support.
Ms. Kaufman received a Bachelor of Science Degree from State University of New York/Albany University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Michael S. Maglio is a Senior Manager in the firm's Tax Department and Director of the Corporate Executive Services Group. Mr. Maglio has more than 18 years of experience in providing comprehensive income tax, financial, and estate counseling services to senior corporate executives and high net worth individuals. He has extensive expertise in the area of executive compensation and benefits, particularly with regard to stock option strategies.
Mr. Maglio received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
