Secptember 19, 2005 Heather Taylor CPA and Cristina N. Wolff CPA named Directors
Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Financial Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been promoted to Directors of the firm. Heather Taylor CPA - Ms. Taylor is a Director in the firm's Accounting and Auditing Department. With more than 15 years in the public accounting and auditing profession, Ms. Taylor has significant experience working with closely held manufacturing, distribution and service companies as well as tax-exempt organizations. Ms. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, where she remains active as a Partner as well as a Co-Chair or member of various committees of the Rutgers Alumni Association. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Risk Management Association. Ms. Taylor serves on the Board of Directors of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce. She is a resident of North Brunswick. Cristina N. Wolff CPA - Ms. Wolff is a Director in the firm's Tax Department and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of accounting and taxation. Ms. Wolff specializes in the areas of tax planning and compliance for international and domestic clients in the technology and manufacturing sectors as well as for high net worth individuals. A graduate of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree, Ms. Wolff has lectured extensively in the field taxation for specific industries as well as professional groups. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Women Certified Public Accountants and the Inter-American Accounting Association. A member of the New York State Society of CPAs, she serves as Chair of the Society's International Tax Committee.
