Allen R. Wilen CPA, CFA, CIRA named Partners Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Financial Consultants, is pleased to announce that Richard Colloca CPA, CMA and Allen R. Wilen CPA, CFA, CIRA has been named a Partner in the firm. Richard Colloca CPA, CMA provides accounting, auditing, tax services and business consulting to mid-size companies in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and services industries. Mr. Colloca is the Director of the Food Services Group, a member of the firm's Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution Group and has more than 12 years of public accounting/consulting experience. Mr. Colloca earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Montclair State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Managerial Accountants. Allen Wilen is the Partner-in-Charge of Amper's Insolvency and Asset Recovery Group. Mr. Wilen has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of bankruptcy, turnaround and forensic accounting services, and has represented debtors, unsecured creditors and secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructuring. He has also been involved in the areas of fraud investigation, contract damages and business valuation. Mr. Wilen is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Mr. Wilen is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Arts and Business Partnership of Southern New Jersey and serves on a number of other community organizations. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He is also a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.
