Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Financial Consultants, is pleased to announce that John Pennett CPA has joined the firm as a Partner. John Pennett is an Audit Partner and a member of the firm's Public Companies and Technology Groups and has more than 19 years of public accounting experience serving entrepreneurial technology, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution businesses and professional service providers companies. He also serves on the AP&M Sarbanes - Oxley Task Force, where he develops and presents training materials for the firm and external audiences. Mr. Pennett is a member ofthe American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Biotechnology Council of New Jersey and the New Jersey Technology Council. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and is a member of the Accounting Advisory Board of the Rutgers University School of Business. He is a resident of Watchung.
