Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Financial Consultants, is pleased to announce that Lawrence Gray CPA has been named a Partner of the firm. Lawrence Gray CPA – A Partner of Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Mr. Gray is also in charge of quality assurance for the firm’s Auditing and Accounting Services Department. Mr. Gray has more than 25 years of public accounting experience serving companies that fall under the guidelines of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Mr. Gray has extensive experience serving a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Gray received his Master of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from New York University after majoring in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) where he chairs the Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee.
