Neal Godt named new partner and member of the firm's
Public Companies Practice
Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Financial Consultants, is pleased to announce that Neal Godt CPA has joined the firm as a Partner and member of the firm's Public Companies Practice.
Mr. Godt brings over 20 years of experience, many at the partner level, at international accounting and consulting firms working with both public and privately held companies. He assists publicly-held companies with all aspects of SEC reporting, compliance and filings.
Mr. Godt has led M&A due diligence engagements, operational improvement projects, and provided support for litigation/arbitration disputes. He also has significant experience with multi-national companies.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Mr. Godt is a Certified Public Accountant in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
