Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been promoted to Partner.

Hayes Mac Arthur has been promoted from Director to Partner-in-Charge/Human Resources. Mr. Mac Arthur has more than 17 years of Human Resources and Consulting experience and oversees all aspects of Human Resources for Amper, which was recently named #2 Best Place to Work in New Jersey (large company group).

Mr. MacArthur received a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Business Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider University and a Master of Human Resources Management Degree from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and Labor Relations. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and various professional human resources advisory groups. He is a resident of Lebanon Township.

Kenneth Croarkin CPA, CA has been promoted from Senior Manager to Partner in the Insurance Services Group. He has more than 16 years of professional accounting experience, specializing in the insurance industry. Mr. Croakin manages the external audit engagements for a number of property & casualty insurance companies and has extensive experience with property and casualty, life and health insurance and insurance brokerage clients, GAAP and statutory audits as well as internal control consulting services.

A graduate of the University of Dundee in the UK, with a Bachelor of Accounting Degree, Mr. Croarkin is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and Colorado. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Association of Chartered Accountants in the United States. He is a resident of Montclair.
