Jeffrey Kelson Joins Amper As Partner In Charge of Domestic Tax
Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Kelson has joined the firm as Partner in Charge of Domestic Tax.
Jeffrey Kelson CPA has more than 25 years of of tax and consulting experience.
Prior to joining Amper, Mr. Kelson was a tax partner at BDO Seidman where he
provided corporate tax support for public and private clients.
As a tax advisor to companies in the manufacturing/distributing, technology and professional services industries, Mr. Kelson's experience encompasses corporate tax compliance and planning; mergers & acquisitions; local, state and international taxation; sales and use tax issues; bankruptcy and turnaround situations; as well as SEC issues relating to IPOs and privatization.
Mr. Kelson received a B.B.A. Degree in Accounting at The City University of New York's Baruch College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of CPAs. In addition, he has appeared on CNN, CNBC and Bloomberg to discuss various tax topics and has been published in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Washington Post, US News & World Reports and Time.
