EDISON - Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that Greg Kubikowski CPA has joined the firm as an Audit Partner.

Mr. Kubikowski has more than 23 years of public accounting experience. During his 23 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Kubikowski worked with large, multi-national clients as well as many small and mid-sized organizations and served on the Strategic Risk Services Practice and Retail and Consumer Industry Practice Groups.

He has significant experience with US multi-national organizations as well as companies headquartered throughout the world in countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, Canada, Japan and South Korea. He has been involved in all aspects of SEC reporting, compliance and filing requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations and has also worked with many companies who have implemented and reported under International Financial Reporting Standards.

Mr. Kubikowski received his MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pace University. A Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York and New Jersey State Societies of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Kubikowski also serves on the Board of Advisors of the Business School for The College of New Jersey.
