Edison, NJ - Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individual has been promoted to a Director of the firm.

Jay Lindenberg CPA - A Director in the firm's Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, Mr. Lindenberg has more than 25 years of public accounting experience with the last 16 years concentrated in the areas of bankruptcy, turnaround, and forensic accounting services. He represents debtors, unsecured creditors, secured creditors, and trustees in both bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.

Mr. Lindenberg is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a resident of Scotch Plains.
