Kenneth A. Hirsch CPA has joined the firm as an Audit Partner at Amper, Politziner & Mattia. Mr. Hirsch has over 30 years of audit experience with a national accounting and consulting firm representing public and private companies in manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical, retailing, wholesale and import industries. Mr. Hirsch has provided extensive support to middle market and Fortune 500 clients in leverage buyouts (LBOs), mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he works with clients in multiple markets throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. He has provided client-consulting support on structuring and the assimilations of acquired businesses and financial consulting both in the public and private sector. Mr. Hirsch received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Lehigh University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), past member of the AICPA's Securities and Exchange Regulations Committee, as well as a member of the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Financial Management Committee of the American Apparel and Footwear Association. He is a resident of East Brunswick.
