EDISON - Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been promoted from Manager to Senior Manager.

Joseph G. Grillo CPA is a Senior Manager of the firm's Tax Department and has more than 23 years of experience in public accounting. Experienced in all phases of tax compliance, he is primarily responsible for review of large corporate, partnership, high net-worth individual and fiduciary tax returns, federal, state & local tax research, planning techniques as well as representation of clients at federal and state tax examinations.  He is a member of the firm's corporate tax specialty group, which includes advising clients on both FASB 109 and FIN 48 matters.

Mr. Grillo earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. A licensed CPA in the State of New York, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Mr. Grillo is a resident of Oradell.

Peter Segro is a Senior Manager in the firm's Tax Department and has more than 16 years experience in public accounting dealing with all phases of tax compliance and planning including high net worth individuals, corporate, partnership and trusts.  Mr. Segro's experience includes taxation of U.S. citizens working abroad as well as resident and non-resident aliens.  His experience includes handling federal and state audits as well as tax lien matters.

Mr. Segro received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Jersey City State College.  He is a resident of Manalapan.

Judith Truglio  CPA is a Senior Manager in the firm's Audit Department.  Ms. Truglio has more than 15 years of public accounting experience serving a diverse range of companies in various industries, including public entities registered with the Securities Exchange Commission as well as private companies and non- profit organizations.

Ms. Truglio received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from St. John's University. She is a CPA in New York and a member of the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.   Ms. Truglio is  resident of  Mahwah.
