EDISON - Amper, Politziner & Mattia, CPAs (Amper), one of the area’s largest regional accounting firms, announces that it is combining with Goldenberg Rosenthal LLP (GR) a Top 100 firm located in the Philadelphia suburb of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. The combination — one of the accounting industry’s biggest in the last four years — creates, nationally, a Top 25 firm with 84 partners, 600 total employees and annual revenues of $113 million. The name of the combined firm will be Amper, Politziner & Mattia.

Goldenberg Rosenthal, founded in 1919 and up until now the largest local firm in the Philadelphia area, is a highly respected firm with a strong client base and a great reputation.
