EDISON - Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been promoted to Partner.

Dianne Batistoni CPA - A Partner in the firm's Insurance Industry Services Group, Ms. Batistoni has more than 20 years of public accounting experience both with an international and a regional accounting and consulting firm where she specialized in the insurance industry.

Ms. Batistoni has extensive experience in property and casualty insurance and insurance brokerages, having performed GAAP and Statutory audits, annual statement preparation, insurance consulting, tax services, regulatory audit assistance and due diligence assignments. She also has extensive experience serving manufacturers, distributors and professional services and tax-exempt organizations in the areas of audit and accounting, tax and pension services.

At Amper, Ms. Batistoni is involved in the external audit engagements for a number of property & casualty insurance companies and provides audits for defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans including work with troubled plans. In addition, Ms. Batistoni performs insurance consulting and insurance tax services.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Pace University, Pleasantville, New York, Ms. Batistoni is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and the District of Columbia.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey and New York Societies of Certified Public Accountants and is also a member of the New York Insurance Association.  She is a resident of Morris Plains.

Patrick Boyle CPA - A Partner in the firm's Audit and Accounting Department, Mr. Boyle has over 14 years of experience in public accounting.  Prior to joining Amper, he was a Senior Manager/Audit at Ernst & Young LLP, where he specialized in serving public companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 25 companies.
Mr. Boyle represents clients in the manufacturing, telecommunications, distribution, technology, real estate, construction, and professional services industries.  Additionally, he assists publicly held clients with all aspects of SEC reporting, compliance and filings, as well as Sarbanes Oxley compliance and reporting. He has also assisted clients with transactions such as initial public offerings, private placements, acquisitions, debt financings and 144A debt offerings.

Mr. Boyle received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from LaSalle University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Kardon Institute for Arts Therapy, a non-profit agency in Philadelphia.
