Edison, NJ - Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individual has been promoted to a Partner in the firm.

Hubert Klein CPA/ABV CVA, CFE, CFF is a Partner in the firm's Litigation and Valuation Group. Mr. Klein has more than 20 years of experience in providing litigation support, tax and accounting services. He also has extensive experience in advising closely held business owners in areas such as business start-up, estate/gift tax planning, succession planning, operations and business enhancement.

Mr. Klein earned both an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation and CFF designation (Certified in Financial Forensics) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He also received his credentials as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). His areas of expertise include business valuation and litigation support services in business disputes and matrimonial matters.

Mr. Klein received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University, and has an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Management. He is a member of the AICPA, NJSCPA, NACVA, ACFE and Institute of Business Appraisers. As an active member of the NJSCPA Valuation and Litigation Support Resource Group, he serves on several of their sub-committees including the Valuation Services, Forensic Services and Matrimonial Accounting Interest Groups. Mr. Klein is also a member of the NACVA State Chapter Committee and serves as the NACVA New Jersey State Chapter President and serves on the Board of the North Jersey Collaborative Law Group.
