We are delighted to inform you that effective July 1, 2008, Amper, Politziner & Mattia, CPAs will be combining with Goldenberg Rosenthal LLP, a Top 100 accounting firm located in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, a Philadelphia suburb. This is a key part of Amper’s plan to expand the Amper, Politziner & Mattia name into new market areas, broaden our client base, improve our service capabilities and provide our employees with even greater opportunities for growth.

These strengths complement and reinforce Amper’s existing strengths nicely, so we’ll now be able to better meet even more of your service needs.

As a result of the combination, Amper, Politziner & Mattia will be one of the largest regional accounting and consulting firms in the Northeast — listed nationally as a Top 25 accounting firm with 84 partners, 600 total employees and annual revenue of $113 million. The addition of Goldenberg Rosenthal’s greater Philadelphia office gives Amper eight locations in the New York – New Jersey — Philadelphia corridor.
