Ken Caitano CPA, CISA, MBCP - As Director of Amper's Business Risk Advisory Services Practice, Mr. Caitano is responsible for delivering a variety of advisory services including internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley readiness, business process optimization, and technology risk management, to the biotechnology, insurance, and technology service industries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Caitano was Inspections Leader for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). He also has 16 years experience in line management and client service delivery of enterprise risk management including seven years with KPMG in New York.

Mr. Caitano earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from St. John's University, New York, a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Francis College in New York and is a Master Business Continuity Planner (MBCP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants.
