Amper Voted #2 on NJ's Best Places To Work Poll
For the third year in a row, the Public Accounting firm of Amper, Politziner & Mattia has been named as one of the Top 10 Best Places To Work in New Jersey Poll (large employer group). Amper has jumped to the Second Best Place To Work in 2007.
New Jersey organizations, including privately held companies and Fortune 1000 giants alike, competed for a place among the Top 25 in the "medium" and "large" employer groups. The Best Companies Group systematically evaluated each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and professional growth potential. In addition, a comprehensive employee survey was used to score employee perception. The Best Company Group sorted, interpreted and scored the findings and then announced the Best 25 Medium and Best 25 Large Companies during an awards ceremony.
