Accounting and Auditing Partners Join Amper
Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been promoted to Partners.
Richard A. Cleaveland CPA is a Partner in the Accounting and Auditing Department. He provides accounting, auditing and business consulting services to businesses in a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors. He is a member of the firm's Public Companies and Technology Groups and the Life Science Division. Mr. Cleaveland has more than 11 years of experience working with a wide range of companies in the technology, service and manufacturing industries and has significant experience in helping companies deal with SEC compliance.
Mr. Cleaveland received his Bachelor of Science of Business Administration from John Carroll University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and is also a licensed CPA in Ohio. He is a resident of Cranford.
Bridget Day CPA is a Partner in the Accounting and Auditing Department. She serves various SEC clients in the manufacturing, distribution and banking industries in addition to a variety of other service industries. She is a member of the firm's Quality Assurance Team for SEC and other engagements. Ms. Day has more than 17 years of public accounting experience including 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she served as Senior Manager in the National Risk & Quality - SEC Services Group.
Ms. Day earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Associates Degree in Business Administration from St. Francis College where she graduated magna cum laude. She is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Day serves as a consultant for the AICPA and often leads discussions for other accountants in certain technical areas. She is a resident of Somerset.
