Two Senior Managers Join Amper
Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have joined the firm as Senior Managers.
Dara Schneider CPA is a Senior Manager in the Accounting and Auditing Department and has more than nine years of public accounting experience. Previously, Ms. Schneider was a Senior Manager with KPMG's Financial Services Group. Ms. Schneider services a diverse client base including both public and private companies in the financial and distribution industry.
Ms. Schneider earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Masters in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Schneider is a licensed CPA in the State of New York. She is a resident of Tinton Falls.
Edward Skiber CPA is a Senior Manager in the Audit and Accounting Department. He has more than 30 years of experience with regional and national public accounting firms, providing auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services to a broad range of middle-market companies.
In his public accounting career, Mr. Skiber has been responsible for numerous consulting assignments including mergers and acquisitions, employee misappropriation claim investigations on behalf of insurance companies and asset-based lending audits on behalf of a number of New York financial institutions. In recent years he has been involved in servicing a number of start-up companies as an auditor and financial consultant, playing prominent roles in financing activities and advising on the formation of internal accounting and financial reporting procedures. Mr. Skiber also has recent experience as a controller for a public company in the beverage industry.
Mr. Skiber earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Providence College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
