(Amper U) which is designed to support both individuals and the organization in their professional development. Amper U is about Career and Leadership Development. It was created following the model of a "university" with schools of study within varied disciplines. (i.e. A&A, Tax, Consulting) Curriculum is created to enhance and develop your technical expertise, as well as your Leadership and Management style. In addition to classroom and on-line learning opportunities, Amper U provides professional coaching and assessment to help you navigate to your career destination. FRIENDS OF THE FIRM
An opportunity from the accounting firm who is truly Seeing Beyond the Numbers...
"Friends of the Firm" are professionals, generally former clients or those introduced by an Amper employee, who are currently looking for a new position. During our normal course of business, we come across accounting and financial professionals at all levels who are looking for new opportunities. Additionally, we regularly receive calls and correspondence from companies, both clients and non-clients, looking to fill their job openings. We are in a unique position to introduce Friends of the Firm to companies that they may not otherwise meet. The Friends of the Firm program is designed to maximize those opportunities.
The program is designed to build relationships between Amper, Friends of the Firm, and area businesses. There is no charge for this referral service.
